Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Trenerė Evelina, the coach you train with. They decide what is collected and why. Contact: evelinalucinskaja@gmail.com.
The booking app itself is provided by the evelina.fit platform, which acts as a processor: it stores and handles data on the coach's behalf and never uses it for its own purposes. Technical questions: juncakipras@gmail.com.
What we store
- Name, email and phone number, so the coach can recognise and reach you.
- Your bookings, cancellations, waitlist entries and attendance, so the timetable works and the coach knows who is coming.
- Notes you add to bookings and the coach's notes about sessions.
- Your language choice and notification settings.
- Technical records: a log of sent emails and an error log used to keep the app running.
No payment data, health data, location or browsing history is collected.
Why, and on what basis
- To provide the service you asked for: booking, moving and cancelling sessions (performance of a contract).
- To tell you about changes and freed spots and to remind you of tomorrow's session (legitimate interest; you can switch reminders and notices off on your page).
- So the coach can count attended sessions and invoice you (contract and accounting duties).
Where and how it is kept
Data lives in the European Union, on a Fly.io server in Stockholm, on an encrypted disk. The connection is always encrypted (HTTPS). There are no passwords: you sign in with a personal link or a one-time email link that expires after 20 minutes.
Who else sees it
- Fly.io (Ireland / Stockholm): the hosting service the app runs on.
- Resend (Ireland): email delivery. It receives your email address and the message content in order to deliver it.
- Nobody else. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
How long
- While you are a client of the coach. Deleting your account removes your data and future bookings immediately.
- Sent-email log: 90 days. Error log: 30 days.
- Attendance records needed for invoices may be kept by the coach as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can view and download your data, correct it, switch notifications off or delete your account at any time from the “My data” section of your page, or by writing to the coach at the address above. If you believe your data is handled improperly you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
Cookies
Only two essential cookies: your sign-in session (up to 90 days) and your language. No tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner.
